All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your delivery.

The Arcadia Box is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 7 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at contact@thearcadiabox.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
