The two included controllers use 2.4GHz wireless with a plug-and-play USB receiver — no Bluetooth pairing, no fiddly setup. They work up to 40 feet (12 metres) from the device with zero noticeable lag.

• Make sure your TV is set to the correct HDMI input (e.g. HDMI 1, HDMI 2).
• Try a different HDMI port on your TV.
• Ensure the USB power cable is firmly connected and receiving power (some TV USB ports don't provide enough power — try a wall adapter).
• Allow up to 30 seconds for the system to boot on first use.

• Press the power button on the controller to wake it.
• Make sure the USB wireless receiver is fully inserted into the Game Stick's USB port.
• Try re-pairing: hold the sync button on the controller for 3 seconds until the LED blinks rapidly, then press sync on the receiver.

The vast majority of games run smoothly at full speed. A small number of more demanding titles (e.g. certain PS1 or N64 games) may occasionally show minor slowdown — this is a known limitation of the hardware and not a defect.
